Refund Policy - the basics
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, due to the nature of our work — which involves time, planning, and creative labor — we apply a strict refund policy to protect the time and resources invested in each project.
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Refund eligibility for the remaining balance depends on how far along we are in the process.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
What’s Included in Our Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits made to iMovi Cinemas are non-refundable under any circumstance. This holds your event date and covers preliminary planning, communication, and resource allocation. -
Client Cancellations

If you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled shoot, and have paid beyond the deposit, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance (minus any pre-production work already completed).

If you cancel within 14 days, no refund will be issued unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Rescheduling

We allow one reschedule at no extra cost if done with 5 days notice.

Last-minute reschedules (less than 5 days) may incur a rescheduling fee of $100 or more, depending on the service.

Weather & Acts of God

In case of rain, storms, or emergencies that make it impossible to film, we will work with you to reschedule.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extreme circumstances.

No Shows or Late Arrivals

If a client does not show up for the scheduled shoot without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

If the client is late, the shoot time may be reduced accordingly.

Service Cancellation by iMovi Cinemas
If we must cancel due to an emergency or conflict on our end, clients will receive a full refund, including the deposit — or the option to reschedule at no cost. -
Digital Product Delivery

Once footage has been filmed and editing has begun, no refund will be issued.

For digital content already delivered (videos, reels, files), all sales are final.
