Payment Policy

At iMovi Cinemas, we are committed to providing high-quality video production services with flexible and secure payment options. To ensure a smooth booking and project process, we have established the following payment terms:

Booking Deposit

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your event date.

• No dates are held without a deposit and signed agreement.

• The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your project.

Final Payment

• The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled event or project shoot date.

• Full payment must be completed before any filming or service delivery begins.

Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept payments through PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm to provide flexible financing options for our clients.

• Clients choosing Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm can take advantage of installment payment plans at checkout.
  Note: iMovi Cinemas receives full payment immediately; clients are responsible for completing their installment plans with the provider.

Important Notes

• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance to protect against loss of booked dates and administrative costs.

• Failure to submit the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.

• By submitting a deposit payment, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Payment Policy.
